I am a senior Visual Communication Design student at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) — graduating in May of 2025. I am minoring in Marketing to enhance my understanding of a Communication Designer’s role in achieving a client’s strategic objectives.
A participant in UC’s Co-op Program, I alternate semesters of classroom study with work in the field of design. To date, I have completed three semesters with the Procter & Gamble Company as a Brand Expression & Brand Innovation Designer, one semester at Hyperquake as an Experiential Graphic Designer, and one semester at Sketch Blue, as an Environmental Graphic Designer.
Sustainable efforts that strengthen the fabric of a community are of great interest to me, thus I feel compelled to design through a responsible, environmentally conscious lens.
When not attending to my design crave, you can find me lacing up my running shoes for a half-marathon, hiking another National Park with my family, or experimenting away in the kitchen; all activities accompanied by a good playlist, of course. From a young age, I have enjoyed tapping into the fine arts via sketching, photography, and watercolor — especially when drawing inspiration from my travels.
My friends and family appreciate my reliability, sense of humor, humility, optimism, and generosity; while professors and coaches often commend me for my work ethic, design efficiency, timely communication, and quick comprehension of concepts.
